SASA is one of Turkey’s leading polyester and fiber manufacturers. By adopting innovative production processes and an integrated management system approach, SASA aims to strengthen its sector leadership while increasing employee efficiency and process effectiveness.

Needs

To improve efficiency in its management systems, transform operations into a sustainable structure, and embed digitalization into its corporate culture, SASA initiated the QDMS project.

Before QDMS, document management and quality records were handled through an existing software system; however, its speed and flexibility did not meet expectations and required manual follow-ups and reminders. This created gaps in traceability and integration, especially within a growing organizational structure.

Key needs included:

Efficiency Improvement: Replacing manual tracking with a systematic and fast process management structure.

Information & Document Management: Transferring nearly 10,000 documents to a centralized platform with digital version control and approval workflows.
